Exhausted!!

Well it's Sunday evening. I return to work tomorrow. I have spent the whole day washing, ironing & preparing Sunday dinner after spending yesterday washing & cleaning. I sometimes wonder if holidays are worth it???

We returned from our trip on the Norfolk Broads yesterday. Keith, Courtney & I, also our friends & their three children, all in a boat with five bedrooms. We survived the week, friendships intact (l0l). Actually it was really fun! The wine helped lots!!! My dh got the flu, poor thing. He is never truly ill, but this time he was so sick. What a week to pick.

The Broads are so pretty. Lot's of gorgeous, quaint thatched cottages. A number of accomodating pubs. The children aged between 6-11 yrs had a wonderful time. It's amazing how much amusement they can get from a pack of cards!!!

Well we have just had an enjoyable evening with friends discussing our joint boat trip on the Norfolk Broads next week. I am sure we will have great fun. The children are sooo excited!
